Up for auction is a killer 1979-81 vintage Fender Stratocaster in the original Natural finish! The Strat is 100% original (except the tremolo back cover) with every solder joint untouched. Original pickups, 1980 dated pot, original tuners, bridge, etc.
This Strat is in GREAT overall condition (see pics) showing some minor honest playing wear. No breaks, cracks or repairs. Original frets still have lots of life left in them. The neck is straight. Nice low action with no string buzz.
This Strat has a great VINTAGE tone and excellent playability. On a cleaner setting it has that nice glassy sparkle, with more gain - nice bluesy growl. Pure legendary Stratocaster tone which you can't get anywhere else!
