The Fender Custom Shop '66 Stratocaster NOS guitar faithfully recreates one of the great Fender guitars from one of the most wildly creative years in popular music.

This 1966 Fender Stratocaster from the Time Machine series is an exact reproduction of the original, using the same techniques and tooling, right down to its nitrocellulose lacquer over urethane finish, "big peg" headstock with '66 transition logo with three patent numbers, early '60s C-shaped neck with Pearloid inlays, "F" neck plate and vintage tuners. Even the pickups have been duplicated to the exact specs of the original Fender guitar.

This electric guitar has been given Fender's "New Old Stock" (NOS) treatment—built (from original tooling) as if bought new in its respective model year and just found today. The 1966 Fender Stratocaster comes with a hardshell case.

A replica classic brings back sounds of the past.
