Shipping Details

Moore Music proudly offers FREE shipping on almost every product (some exclusions apply) to the 48 Continental United States.  We will ship to other destinations, but you must contact us by phone to discuss those options.  Outside the Continental 48, there will be added charges.  We usually ship your instrument the same day and we will present you a tracking number ASAP.  If it doesn't ship the same day, it ALWAYS ships the following business day.

Return Policy

Our return policy is a 14 day return policy and the instrument must be in the EXACT SAME CONDITION WITH ALL INCLUDED DOCUMENTS AND PACKAGING as when it left our store.  If there are any flaws, we will call you to discuss the issues. IF YOUR PURCHASE WAS ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING, THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND OR CREDIT.

Layaway Program

We proudly offer a layaway program for you to grab the instrument you want, so you can keep someone else from getting it!  25% down and the instrument must be paid off within 60 days.  On the 61st day, we keep the instrument and 90% of the down payment.
