A beautiful Don Grosh's creation with great playability and tone.

All stock except for the bridge pickup -- now a professionally installed Fralin Blues Special.

I upgraded it because I prefer the vintage sound to that of the hotter original pickup, an SP43,
which I no longer have.

The oil-finished neck has a satin feel extremely pleasant to the touch and a joy to play. 

As Strat copies go, this is right at the top in craftsmanship and  quality of components. 

Don Grosh offers master-built quality at a much more reasonable price, especially after Fender's latest price increases.

This guitar has a particularly elegant fingerboard made of dark Brazilian Rosewood --  a $400 Grosh upgrade -- making the neck a sheer delight in looks, feel, tone, and playability. 

It's not a thin neck; if you prefer skinny necks look elsewhere; it compares to the 'boat neck' of vintage Strats, but it is not as beefy as a 50's Les Paul's neck.  I don't have big hands and I find it comfortable to play.  

Weight: 7.7 lb. 

Cosmetically is near mint: 9.9/10.   See pictures.   No noticeable fret wear or functional issues.
