It is in very good condition
There are scratches from normal use
It has one chip on the side of the body
Also on the back silver plate at the base of the neck there is some discoloration
The cream colored plate on the front is partially white
I do not know if it was originally white or cream
It is also a bit dusty from being stored

The Fender Case is in very good condition with just a few scratches and scrapes

This Fender Stratocaser was Made In Mexico

All of the items that we sell have been previously owned and are therefore used. We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Within 7 days of receiving your item, you must contact us either by e-mail or phone and let us know what the problem is, and we then will work with you toward resolving the issue. You may send the item back for a full refund of your purchase price. If you choose to return the item for a full refund of your purchase price the item must be returned to us within 15 days of your receipt of the item. Items that are not returned during the allotted time will be considered sold and will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping costs are not REFUNDABLE

We test all of our merchandise to the best of our abilities and we will note in the auction any problems that we find. Because we sell such a wide variety of items, we cannot necessarily test each and every feature either due to our knowledge of the item or do to other equipment that may be needed to fully test each feature. If you would like a specific test done or question answered on any item please contact us and we will make every effort to comply with your request prior to your bidding.

If you have a problem after the sale we will of course make all reasonable attempts to work with you in repairing or resolving the item. If the item you receive is not what you expected it to be you must notify us within the 7 days by e-mail or phone. If you return an item to us it must be packaged and insured and returned to us in the condition it was received.
We do not pay for shipping of items back to us that is your responsibility

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week after we receive your merchandise. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We ask that you keep in mind that your bid on E-bay is a binding contract and payment is expected within 4 days of the ended auction. If for some reason you cannot complete your transaction please notify us immediately so that we may terminate the sale and relist the item.

Partial Refunds will be issued for any item not returned in the condition it was received. Or if the item returned does not have everything contained that was originally sent. IE: missing strap, knobs, cords etc.

Shipping

We ship by Fed Ex Ground and USPS. It is our choice as to which carrier that we use. In some cases, some items cannot be shipped to a PO BOX. In this case, we will ask for a street address to deliver. This is normally in the case of an item that is to heavy, to long, or that the USPS will not accept. When asking for something to be delivered to a PO BOX, you must contact us FIRST. We do not ship internationally under any circumstances so please do not ask. We will combine shipping on items so if you purchase multiple items let us know and we will give you a combined item quote for shipping .We will ship small items per our discretion to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. If you would like to purchase an item and have it shipped to one of these above locations please contact us prior to bidding for approval and shipping costs.

We normally ship all items within 48 hours. We are closed on Sundays and legal holidays. We will e-mail you with a tracking number the day your item is shipped. You may always call or e-mail if you have additional questions regarding shipping.

Any item that you purchase can be picked up and paid for locally if you wish. We do ask that you call ahead to let us know that you wish for a store pickup so that we can have your item available when you arrive. When paying for an item in store, there are no shipping costs, but the California sales tax will be applied on your receipt.
