Fender Stratocaster

This is a completely custom Fender Stratocaster that I built 3 years ago. All parts are genuine Fender, and I built this guitar exactly to my specs. Excellent for playing the blues and classic rock. However, as beautiful as it sounds and looks, it just doesn't fit my musical style anymore, so I have to let this baby go to a good home.

This Fender Strat has:

• 2007 American Standard Body (2 color sunburst)
• 2007 Modern Tremolo with 5 springs
• 1957 MIM Reissue Strong-V Neck (the only way to get that vintage look and playability) -- 7.25" Radius
• Parchment pickguard with black knobs
• Fender Vintage Noiseless Pickups in black
• Schaller Straplocks
• Locking Gotoh tuners (Kluson style)
• Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinky strings
• Copper RF shielding on all inner cavities

I've only played one gig with this guitar, and the finish is in excellent shape with the common signs of use (small swirls here and there). The neck is in perfect condition, with no gouges or scratches in the maple. This guitar plays silky smooth, stays in tune very well, even with trem usage. Never dropped, never been abused, lightly used and from a non-smoking home. A professional setup has been done on this guitar, so it is good to go.

• Fender molded hard case (B-stock. The latches need to be lifted and pushed around to lock down. Case has a few scuffs, includes key).
• Levy's black leather strap (with the Schaller attachments)
• Whammy bar
• Assorted picks (Clayton, Fender)
• "Matrix" electronic tuner

All in all, this is an excellent value for anyone who's looking for that vintage sound, especially the Eric Clapton sound (his Signature guitar uses the same type of pickups). This guitar will be shipped in its case and boxed for protection.
