Fender Stratocaster

What I sell in this listing are:
- a Neck, inc. all the parts at the head stock (tuners etc.).
- a neck plate (S/N 674367) with 3 bolts
 
I bought my first US made Fender Stratocaster in 1992 or 1993, which was
combination of this neck and 1980 body.
The neck end stamping is unclear now, but I think this neck was made in
September 1976 as I checked long time ago when the stamping was much clear, anyway, this type of neck (plate s/n and neck end opening, I mean the metal plate side wood is cut) was
produced quite a short time in 1976.
 
It was refretted by a professional about 15 years ago, the frets are Jim
Dunlop's jumbo or semi jumbo (product # unknown). I have not played in a band
for ages, so did not played so much after refretting, not so much fret wear. The
nut was also replaced at the same time.
And the neck is still straight (the neck is still in the guitar, I will
unmount the neck when someone win the listing to keep the best condition).
The truss rod works to both way.
 
I have to note something regarding its condition.
Generally, the neck is in good shape, but of course there are some sign of
wear.
Further, the allen key hole of the truss rod nut is bit loose, still
turnable, but you have to put an allen key deeper till it stops and turn
carefully.
If you worried about this, you had better to buy a new nut
and replace, then keep the original.
And either of the neck joint screw hole (I think it is high E side one) was
also loose so small repairing was done, now the screw stops firmly.

note all the guitars in my auction are used, though sometimes it can be called as “Vintage”, and conditions described are based on my personal view and may
be different from yours, though I always describe the guitar fairly as it
is.

Contacting and Payment Rule :
The winning bidder must make the payment within 3 days (72 hours) after the end of this auction.
I will ship within 3 working days after I confirm your payment, and then inform you of the tracking number of EMS, and leaving a feedback.
Please check messages from ebay regularly as I may need to ask you to confirm something before shipping, for example your address is not clear etc.

Return and Refund :
Returns can be acceptable, but cost a lot! So, please read all the descriptions carefully or ask me questions to make sure if the item is well suited for you.

1.     
If the item arrives to you with damage during transportation, write to
me within 3 days (72 hours) after its arrival, I will respond to that as
quickly as possible. You will need some documents from your local
post office, which proofs loss or damage. I will refund for the item
after receiving the required documents from you.

2.      You can send me back the guitar if you are not happy with it, or if you think the guitar is not same as the descriptions in this listing say. However, you have to follow the rules in below.
a.      The buyer must contact me within 3 days (72 hours) after its arrival.
b.     The buyer must pay for all the returning shipping costs by air (EMS or equivalent way, like FedEx, UPS, but no surface service) including insurance (the guitar must be insured) and any other charge, and be responsible for the guitar until it safely reaches me. To protect your return, repack the items using all the original packing materials.
c.      I will refund you for the guitar offsetting my cost (auction fees, fee for money transfer etc.), after it arriving to me as the same condition and packing as I sent. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THE EMS COST and ANY FEE YOU SPENT FOR THE MONEY TRANSFER etc. CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
