Please clearly understand the
warranty does not cover buyer remorse, "it is not what I wanted, it is not
exactly what I thought, etc". Due to two recent less than straight forward
individuals I have been forced in part by Ebay to modify my return policy, to
maintain my reputation. So the Warranty is a Non DOA, AS IS warranty. This means
if the ITEM arrives dead I will take it back with a refund to you. The complete
refund does not include the return shipping to me. If it arrives and is not DOA
it is yours. I really hate this but when buyers either do not communicate with
me, or return a unit after they break something and play the "not as described"
game it forces honest people like myself to protect my good name. Until EBay
protects sellers as well as buyers from un-earned negative feedback, my warranty
will be as described.

You must not remove the warranty seal tags from any items as doing so invalidates the return policy.
Please note that we ALWAYS RECORD THE SERIAL NUMBERS OF ITEMS THAT WE DESPATCH.
If you return an item and the serial number does not match the one in our database we will not be refunding you.

Buyer must contact
me not a later than 3 day after the end of auction. Payment MUST be received
within 5 days from the end of the auction. If
payment is not received within 5 days, I cannot guarantee that the item will still be available.
If payment is not received within 7 days, and buyer not
contact me I will re-list the item and report Ebay.

"Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT
INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the
buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping)
company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional
shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark
items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such
behavior."

If you receive an item from us that is
broken or not as described it is imperative that you contact me prior to
having ANY work done to the item. I will NOT reimburse any fees incurred
for repairs to item without the customer first obtaining consent to have
the item repaired outside my company.

if you are anal beyond human reason, then DO NOT bid on my auctions. This is a
used item and if you want a perfect, mint, unused , totally devoid of human
touch example, then go to the store and pay retail. I try to state the condition
of my items to the best of my ability, but if you have a working electron
microscope in your bedroom and are anxiously awaiting this item to arrive so you
can find a tiny flaw that I may have missed, then you are not the customer I am
looking for.  My feedbacks speak for themselves. Thanks for looking and
